Noqtat Al Nada was assigned to carry out comprehensive general maintenance services for Residential Building C28, a mid-rise structure with ground, mezzanine, and 5 floors located in the Tanker Almai area of Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi. The goal was to ensure consistent building performance, operational safety, and resident comfort through proactive and corrective maintenance.
Scope of Work:
● Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
● Servicing of HVAC units, lighting systems, water heaters, and pumps
● On-demand corrective repairs for common areas and residential units
● Support for civil works, fixtures, and finishing repairs as needed
● Coordination with building management for service tracking and resident satisfaction
