Scope: General Maintenance (Including Spare Parts for 128 Units) & Landscaping
Noqtat Al Nada was appointed to carry out comprehensive general maintenance services for Compound 14, a residential community comprising 128 housing units in the Khalifa A area of Abu Dhabi. The project also included the maintenance and beautification of landscaped areas, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and visually appealing living environment for residents.
Scope of Work:
● Preventive and corrective maintenance for 128 residential units
● Supply and replacement of critical spare parts (AC, plumbing, electrical)
● Landscaping works, including lawn care, plant upkeep, and irrigation system servicing
● Routine inspections and reporting for all civil and MEP elements
● On-site technical support and resident service handling
