We offer 24/7 support and fast response times, especially for clients with AMC contracts. Our team is ready when you need us.
❓ Do you work on projects outside Abu Dhabi?

❓ What MEP services do you offer?
We offer a full range of MEP services, including:

❓ Do you provide design and execution, or just execution?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with consultants, contractors, and developers as a specialized MEP subcontractor.
❓ What’s included in your Facility Management (FM) services?
Our FM services include both hard and soft services:
● Hard: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, civil repairs
● Soft: Cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management
We also provide AMC packages, manpower support, and asset lifecycle tracking.
❓ What’s the difference between preventive and reactive maintenance?
● Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled servicing to reduce the risk of system failure (e.g., AC coil cleaning, filter replacement, DB inspection).
● Reactive Maintenance: On-demand repairs when a fault occurs (e.g., pump failure, electrical short).
We offer both as part of our customized FM and AMC plans.
❓ Do you manage buildings full-time or just visit on request?
We do both. For some clients, we manage the site 24/7 with dedicated FM teams. For others, we offer scheduled visits and rapid response services under AMC.
