Noqtat Al Nada was entrusted with the full execution of MEP systems for Villa 08 & Villa 45 in the Bani Yas residential area, located within Al Riyadh, Abu Dhabi. This project involved delivering a fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solution tailored to modern living standards in a growing suburban community.
Scope of Work:
● Design and installation of HVAC systems, including ducted AC units and controls
● Full electrical wiring, lighting systems, and main distribution boards
● Plumbing networks for water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
