As part of the healthcare modernization efforts led by SEHA and executed through Musanada, the Al Ain Hospital Renovation project focused on upgrading critical MEP systems in one of Abu Dhabi’s key public medical institutions.
Noqtat Al Nada partnered with Arabtec to deliver a complete overhaul of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring full alignment with international hospital safety and operational standards.
Key MEP Upgrades:
● Installation of HVAC systems with HEPA filtration and zoned temperature control
● Electrical system renewal, including critical care circuits and generator backups
● Medical-grade plumbing networks with anti-contamination safeguards
● Fire alarm and firefighting integration per hospital code
● Seamless coordination with hospital operations to avoid service interruptions
